By the decision of sole participant of Isatel LLC, the Intersputnik Holding Ltd. from November 22, 2013, represented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company and the Executive Director of  Intersputnik  IOSC Victor Veshchunov, on the position of General Director of Isatel LLC appointed Adviser to the Director of Intersputnik IOSC and President of the Intersputnik Holding Ltd. Vladimir  Glebskiy.
